Mabel heads the Human Resource department of Albrim with an extensive and significant level of experience spanning over a 12 year period in the financial sector.
She started her career with GCB bank, through to Barclays, Intercontinental insurance and finally to Zenith Bank Ghana limited with roles held in operations, administration,
Human resource and customer service.
Through her team work, resilience , customer centric approach as well as people management skills, she has been part of major teams that led to design and execution of programs that brought high levels of efficiencies with significant impact on customer satisfaction and team enhancement leading to business growth and profitability.
Prior to joining the brand, she worked as the head of customer service for Zenith bank-Patrice Lumumba branch.
Mabel holds an Executive Master’s degree(Finance Option) from the university of Ghana-Legon and a bachelors degree in accounting from Valley View University.
Abdul Majeed Peregrino Brimah is an entrepreneur with a background in finance with over 13 years’ continuous experience in investment, forex, and financial engineering.
He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBAE) Degree in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), a Degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Ghana. Extensive practical experience growing and managing successful businesses including the Albrim Group of Companies, currently with four strategic business units, all engaged in the financial sector.
As Group CEO, Abdul Majeed leads the team responsible for the corporate strategy and expansion of the Albrim Group. He has over the years been desirous of working as a change manager, bringing to bear the enthusiasm, positive thought, training and experiences he continues to acquire in life to making the most of any opportunity he gets anywhere.
Abdul Majeed has enviable experience providing expert financial advice and support to individuals and businesses in Ghana and Nigeria, parts of Europe and the USA, as well as the Middle East.
Saida Mariam is a foreign exchange expert with a background in management and business development. She currently manages Albrim Forex Bureau and is responsible for integration of operations between Albrim Forex Bureau and Albrim Microfinance. Saida Mariam has extensive involvement in managing the risk profile of Albrim Microfinance.
Saida Mariam holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Sociology from the University of Ghana.
Magida Peregrino-Brimah graduated with a First class Hons in Applied Business Management from Imperial College London and went on to work as a Consultant in the Financial Services Strategy and Operations Practice of Deloitte Consulting UK.
Her experiences include building financial models to manage budgets and profitability on projects, managing the Risk Management Component for setting up Foreign Exchange Clearing Service for a Clearing House and performing a Finance Strategic Assessment for an Investment Bank where she was engaged as part of a team to assess its current operating model, finance data flows and critical investments with the objective of optimising investment programmes across the firm. She reviewed the financial accounting department, highlighted issues and carried out root cause analysis on the clients finance architecture and department.
Magida holds a CIMA Dip MA with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is responsible for managing the financial risks, planning and reporting of Albrim Group.
Abdul Aziz is a results driven executive currently responsible for driving the strategy and operations of Albrim Microfinance. Prior to joining Albrim, Abdul Aziz held roles in client relationship management at United Bank for Africa (UBA).
Abdul Aziz holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Ghana and a masters degree in Oil and Gas Management from University of Plymouth, UK.
Harry is an experienced finance professional currently responsible for assessing and making investments for Albrim Microfinance. Prior to joining Albrim, Harry held roles in new business development, credit management and operations at Standard Chartered and Meridian MGT.
Harry holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and a masters degree in Finance from Webster University, USA. Harry also holds the Ghana Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
