Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the digital loan bundle service ("the Service") provided by Albrim Microfinance Limited and primarily governed by the Borrowers and Lenders Act of Ghana,2020 (Act 1052). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accepting a loan under the Albrim Loan Bundles. By activating and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Loan Eligibility and Application The loan is available to productive individuals such as salaried workers, businesspeople, and micro-enterprises who meet our KYC requirements, including Ghana Card registration and mobile number verification.Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during the application process. An applicant must be and so warrants that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a credit agreement. An Applicant must have a valid Ghana Card registered with their mobile money wallet.

2. Loan Amount and Tenor The minimum loan amount is GH 20.00.₵ The maximum loan amount is GH 20,000.00.₵ Loan tenors range from 1 day to 6 months.

3. Disbursement Albrim shall transfer the amount requested only to the account (collectively the “Account”) provided during the application stage, provided that the applicant owns the Account. Albrim reasonably expects the transfer to be effected no later than one business day following the date on which the Agreement is concluded. The Agreement shall only take effect after the amount requested has been successfully disbursed (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"). Where disbursement is not received within the timeframe stipulated, the applicant shall notify Albrim within three (3) days following the date on which the amount should have been disbursed.

4. Interest Rates and Charges The Service attracts interest and fees as disclosed at the point of each transaction before confirmation of acceptance. The total amount repayable comprises: a. The principal amount (the balance after your initial payment)b. Applicable interest calculated on the outstanding amountc. Any applicable fees as disclosed Applicant acknowledges having seen and understood the total repayment amount before confirming each transaction. The applicable interest rate will be determined on the specific loan transaction. Interest rates, fees, charges, and default penalties are subject to regulatory approval and may vary. The specific rates applicable to your loan will be disclosed at the time of approval.  Interest will be calculated on the straight line method.

5. Repayment Terms Applicant agrees to repay all amounts due under this Service strictly in accordance with the repayment schedule disclosed at the time of each transaction. Repayments shall be automatically deducted from the Applicant’s designated mobile money wallet on the scheduled due dates. The Applicant is responsible for ensuring the sufficiency of funds in the mobile money wallet on each due date to cover the scheduled repayment. Early repayment may be permitted without penalty; specific conditions will be provided at the time of disbursement. An applicant may only have one active digital loan at a time. New loans shall only be accessed upon full settlement of all outstanding debts.

6. Default and Default Rate A loan will be considered in default if repayment is not received within 2 days after the repayment date. In the event of default, the borrower may be subject to:o Additional late payment charges and penalty fees as disclosed at the time of the transaction. Automatic debit from linked accounts, including mobile money wallets and bank accounts.Reporting to credit bureaus, in accordance with the Credit Reporting Act, 2007 (Act 726).o Suspension or permanent blocking of your access to the Serviceo Legal action to recover the outstanding amount The default rate or penalty interest rate applicable in case of default will be determined on the specific loan transaction and disclosed at the point of approval.  Defaulting on payments may affect your ability to access this Service and other credit facilities in the future.

7. Data Privacy and Security You consent to Albrim processing your personal data, including sharing information with credit bureaus and conducting credit checks with third parties for KYC purposes and creditworthiness assessment. Your personal data, including Ghana Card details and mobile money information, will be handled in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and security. Data will be used solely for credit assessment, loan management, and regulatory compliance.

8. Responsibilities Borrowers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for repayments. Borrowers must notify Albrim immediately of any changes to their contact or banking details. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albrim shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your inability to repay amounts due.

9. Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes or complaints should be directed to our Customer Support channels, including our Call Centre, WhatsApp, or email, before escalation under Ghanaian law. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and transparently.

10. Amendments - Albrim reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
